You must allow us 28 days from the time of receipt to return their decision.
In all cases this must be considered the "expert" opinion on the product condition.
You have the right to appeal any decision they may make - and if necessary we will help you do this if we feel you have a case.
Please open a support ticket in the first instance - BEFORE RETURNING the item.
Do not use the Returns form on the website as normally the item will show and not returnable.
Unless, of course, it fails during the 14 day period or it is a Bombers bit - in which case this would be the correct course to follow.
